Magic House travels south of the border for new exhibit(Webster Kirkwood Times)
Take a trip south of the border to the vibrant country of Mexico, where celebrated traditions combine with modern family life, without even stepping foot on an airplane.
At The Magic House in Kirkwood, visitors can embark on this colorful and exciting journey at its newest exhibit, “¡Viva México!” It’s especially fitting that it opened at St. Louis’ museum for kids on April 30, Mexico’s Día del Niño, a day dedicated to celebrating children.
This vibrant, hands-on exhibit, presented in dual language format, runs through Jan. 19, 2026.

Shrewsbury resident Guillermo A. Rodríguez, who is of Spanish heritage and served as the director of International Projects and the Office of Study Abroad at Webster University, was selected to be part of a community advisory committee that provided guidance, advice and support throughout the exhibit development process to ensure an authentic and culturally accurate experience.
