Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival hosted in Soulard

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4)— It’s Hispanic American Heritage Month, and in St. Louis, that means a celebration that brings together a rapidly growing community in the area.

First Alert 4’s Nathan Vickers was at the Hispanic festival in Soulard Sunday where vendors, performers and local businesses were celebrating culture, food and music, even as nationwide conversations about immigration bring uncertainty.
