While performing in a high-end Dublin hotel as a teenager, Anne Marie Doyle fell in love. A harpist and pianist, she quickly became enamored with the hospitality industry.

“I ended up getting up from the harp and helping check people in, bring their bags to their room, escort them to the restaurant,” Doyle said. “A guest would be talking to me while I'd be playing the piano, and I actually really thought it was a lovely experience with guests.”

Though she originally planned to study music at university, Doyle changed her major to hotel management and marketing. The decision set her on a career path that has taken her to top luxury hotels around the world. Read more here.
