Srebrenica Remembrance Coalition marks genocide 30th anniversary with public event series

The Srebrenica Remembrance Coalition—a partnership of 16 local organizations—will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide with a series of public events from July 10 to 12, culminating in a solemn March of Remembrance through downtown St. Louis on Saturday, July 12.

These commemorations serve as a powerful reminder of the July 1995 atrocity, when more than 8,000 Bosnian men and boys were systematically murdered by Serb forces in and around Srebrenica.
