Rodney Crim Participates in Panel Discussion about Selling St. Louis to Businesses

Panel consisted of economic development leaders throughout region

As part of its Advance STL series that examines ways to improve St. Louis, the St. Louis Business Journal hosted a panel discussion on February 13 about strategies used to sell St. Louis to new businesses. Rodney Crim, CEO and president of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (STL Partnership), was among the panel consisting of economic development leaders that took part in the discussion. The panel also included Subash Alias, CEO of Missouri Partnership, Dustin Allison, interim CEO of Greater St. Louis, Inc., Neal Richardson, president and CEO of St. Louis Development Corporation and Dr. James Minor, chancellor of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

This was the first panel discussion of the third year of Advance STL, which, in 2025, will focus on St. Louis as the economic engine of Missouri. During the discussion, Crim and the other leaders highlighted the partnership among all of the organizations to strengthen the St. Louis economy, especially in the advanced manufacturing, geospatial and innovation sectors in the region.
