Nearly a year ago, Betsy Cohen left a St. Louis-area immigration program to become a philanthropic futurist with FutureGood, a national consultancy firm.

As the founding executive director of the St. Louis Mosaic Project for 12 years, Cohen led the effort to attract and retain foreign-born people to the metropolitan area.

She decided to pursue the next chapter of her career after learning about Trista Harris, who founded FutureGood in 2018. Harris previously served as president of the Minnesota Council on Foundations.
