“St. Louis Construction Forum STL highlights International Institute-St. Louis welcoming Syrians

It was a big night for the Wies family last Wednesday (November 4). Tim Wies, president of TJ Wies Contracting, was presented with the William M. Smith Distinguished Service Award by the St. Louis Painting and Decorating Foundation. Tim's son, Cameron, was chosen by instructors from the St. Louis Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Center as the Wall and Ceiling Industry Advancement Fund Apprentice of the year.

The awards were presented, along with the Painters Local 1 Jim Barron apprentice award and the Finishing Touch Awards for the best projects in painting, framing, hanging, and taping.
