Foreign-Born Student and Entrepreneur Highlighted in Business Journal for Her Achievements

Julia Li, 26, was on a career fast track that suddenly came to a halt. The Washington University grad, who majored in painting and urban studies, had moved to California to intern for Nickelodeon Animation Studies, next was hired to recruit interns and do event planning for Disney Television Group for The Walt Disney Co., left there for ABC Disney Television Group to head digital media marketing, and then moved to New York for Scratch Music Group as a talent manager for disc jockeys.
