Global Talent, Local Impact

Get ready to be inspired! The St. Louis region is buzzing with thousands of international talent from all corners of the globe. These bright minds are ready to bring their skills and fresh perspectives to your team from day one! Read on to join our International Hiring Challenge!

The challenge

10 businesses from the City and 10 businesses from the County hire an international Student or professional across the board for fulltime, limited-time projects or internships for students.

The international student your company hires remains on their F1 student Visa  during their time with you. A professional with work experience is on a work visa. There is no legal paperwork or sponsorship/cost for the hiring organization.

New this year: a complimentary Employer Toolkit for Hiring, to help de-mystify the process.

How it works

You may submit an internship/job description to the St. Louis Mosaic Project who will share with local university career service and international student offices OR with International work-authorized professional job seekers. The candidate applies directly to the hiring organization.

Hires will have two virtual cohort sessions, organized by Mosaic, to learn about the region's civic landscape, and the nuances of American work culture.

Participating hires will be invited as guests to the World Trade Center -St. Louis' annual international business luncheon -- Growing Global -- in September and will have a meet-and greet and photo opportunity with the St. Louis City Mayor and St. Louis County Executive.
