As a Gold level member, Aggio. will complete at least three of the following action items in addition to sponsoring at least one employee toward an H1-B visa or similar visa sponsorship:
- Hiring international students and experienced global talent
- Sharing Mosaic flyers to spread awareness of St. Louis Mosaic Project Programs
- Encouraging associates to become part of Mosaics 750+ Ambassadors
- Sharing Mosaic material as part of onboarding process with newly arriving international employees
