Mayor Slay joins 62 Mayors supporting Syrian refugees
ST. LOUIS (KMOX/AP) — The mayors of St. Louis and Kansas City are among 62 who’ve signed an open letter supporting the resettlement of Syrian refugees in the United States.
Francis Slay and Sly James are the only two from Missouri who wrote to Congress, Friday, urging that it take no action that would prevent the refugees from entering the United States after they have completed the screening process.
