About Our Panelists
Diane Metzger
 is a Shareholder at Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt and serves on her firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She focuses her practice in the areas of immigration law and employment law, with a particular focus on employment-based immigration. Diane assists companies of all sizes in navigating the country's complex and frequently changing immigration laws in order to obtain the non-immigrant and immigrant visas required for the company's foreign-born employees. As a member of the LGBT community herself, Diane also enjoys assisting individuals with LGBT family-based immigration. She also provides advice and counsel to corporate clients on immigration-related corporate reorganization issues and corporate compliance and due dligence matters. Diane obtained her Juris Doctorate and Master's in International Business degrees from Saint Louis University.

When not practicing law, Diane enjoys riding horses, playing ice hockey, and taking her two dogs for walks. She is also active in the community, and serves as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board for Saint Louis University's Chaifetz School of Business and is a member of Safe Connection's Annual Lotus Ball Committee. She also is a prior volunteer and young board member of Variety, the Children's Charity of St. Louis and is a supporter of the Human Rights Campaign.

Betsy Cohen is the Executive Director of the St. Louis Mosaic Project, a program of the World Trade Center-St. Louis within the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership. She had a prior career at Nestle Purina as a Vice President of Marketing. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and the Harvard Business School. She is on the advisory board for the SLU Chaifetz School of Business. The St. Louis Mosaic Project has two goals - to have the St. Louis region become the fastest growing major metropolitan region for foreign born by 2025 and to add 25,000 foreign born to the region by 2025 (over the 2016 base year). This attraction and retention is done through collaboration with hundreds of local organizations, and ways to support international people of all ethnicities through universities, corporations, culture, faith, K-12 schools, immigration agencies, and government entities. The Mosaic Project has programs for Professional Connections to help with career networks, International Students, Corporations/Organizations looking to have more diverse hiring, International Women Spouse Group, International Women's Mentoring Program for local women to be a buddy to an international woman, local Ambassadors (individuals), Ambassador Schools and governmental assistance to our city, county and surrounding governmental bodies.

Trezette Dixon now leads the School of Communications Internship Program at Webster University as its director. Dixon has been with Webster University for 15 years, providing leadership in the areas of employment services, employer development and event management as the Career Planning & Development Center's assistant director for Employer Relations. Dixon holds a BA in Speech Communication and M.Ed. in Adult Education. She is also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. Dixon is currently a member of SHRM St. Louis, National Association of Colleges and Employers, Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers, and the Gateway Career Services Association.

Dixon was asked to speak on topics including: Career Readiness, Employer Tours on a Budget, Changing the Way We Work: Initiating Alternative Work Schedules, and Connecting Employers with Campus Partners. Dixon most recently moderated a panel on Preparing Students for Workplace Diversity at the 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Conference. She has been honored with the Webster University Student Affairs "Putting Students First" and YWCA Women in Leadership Awards.

Amy A. Hunter has served as a Senior Global Equity Diversity and Inclusion leader at Boeing since 2018. She joined the team at Boeing in late 2018 where she supported Boeing Defense for St. Louis, Oklahoma, Houston and Florida. She currently leads strategies for Boeing Corporate and Defense. Prior to joining Boeing, Amy was the senior manager of Diversity and Inclusion for St. Louis Children's Hospital. In this role, she led their diversity and inclusion strategies, implementation and measurement while developing educational trainings that impacted retention as well as equitable patient care.

Hunter has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, project management and leadership within the corporate and nonprofit arenas. Her responsibilities have included creating and implementing return on investment strategies for recruitment, and curriculums for training and retention strategies.

Her community engagements have included serving on a number of boards for local organizations including Cultural Leadership, We Stories, and the United Way. She has also led the Missouri Business Leaders Network's Governor's Council on Disability and been an active member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Corporate Advisory.

Her popular speech "The Talk" was incorporated into a TEDx presentation called "Lucky Zip Codes."

Hunter has an earned undergraduate degree and is currently pursuing a doctorate in critical race theory from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Steve Lewis has a diverse background as an entrepreneur and corporate executive. Currently, he serves as Vice President of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Missouri where he directs and manages the organization's Inclusion Department and has led the Heavy/Highway/Infrastructure Division with oversight of related activities in labor relations, legislative affairs, safety and public relations, as well as ongoing member and professional development. He serves as AGC staff leader for the AGC diversity committee, human resources forum and wastewater and stormwater infrastructure committee. The AGC of Missouri is also an affiliate of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and represents more than 500 member firms throughout Missouri. AGC of America represents over 26,000 leading firms in the industry through a nationwide network of chapters.

Steve is an alumnus of Purdue University and has served as a board member of several professional, civis and charitable organizations. He currently serves as board president of Thomas Dunn Learning Center.
