Global Talent. Local Impact

The St. Louis region is home to thousands of highly educated international professionals and students who are already authorized to work in the United States. They bring skills in engineering, technology, healthcare, research, finance, and other high-demand fields. Many are eager to gain experience with U.S. companies and contribute their expertise locally. Through the International Hiring Challenge, Mosaic invites employers to connect with this global talent pool—whether through internships, project-based assignments, or full-time roles.
The challenge
Many companies assume hiring international talent is complicated. In reality, many candidates already have work authorization through Optional Practical Training (OPT), or other immigration pathways. Additional sponsorship is not required.
The International Hiring Challenge helps employers tap into a hidden talent pool.
