Immigrations Can Help STL Up the Ladder

The St. Louis region is clinging to the bottom rung of the top 20 U.S. cities. If we are to have any hope of climbing up the ladder (or not falling completely off), immigrant entrepreneurs, professionals, and workers must play a role.

That was the message that Betsy Cohen, executive director of St. Louis Mosaic Project delivered to the Aug. 3 Construction Forum STL quarterly networking and speaker event.
