The St. Louis Chinese American Association (OCA) located in Clayton Crowne Plaza luxury hotel held a grand 41st anniversary and to celebrate the Year of the Horse fundraising dinner. St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley, Missouri Senator Maria Chappeelle-Nadal, St. Louis Mosaic project manager Betsy Cohen and over two hundred and fifty guests came to congratulate the participants.
