The next STL 101 program is a great way to get more appreciation of the arts in our community. Join us to learn more about the immigrant artist's journey, what other artistic communities, resources, and networks are available in St. Louis.; and how the Saint Louis Art Museum works with immigrant artists to emphasize the importance of narrative and belonging. Renée Brummell Franklin, Chief Diversity Officer at the Saint Louis Art Museum; Mee Jey, a multidisciplinary Indian artist concerned with lived experiences; and Luisa Otero Prada, a Colombian-born experienced architect and visual artist, will make each of us appreciate both art and the artist's pathways of the artwork we enjoy.

The St. Louis Mosaic Project STL 101 is a monthly series that bring locals and foreign-born newcomers together to hear about a new topic or project of interest in the region. Events take place at the World Trade Center-STL in Clayton, MO.
