St. Louis Mosaic Project Launches International Student and Corporate Hiring Program
The goal of the St. Louis Mosaic Project is for the St. Louis region to become the fastest growing foreign-born region by 2020.
One part of achieving that goal is through retaining more of the almost 9,000 international students who attend local colleges and universities. A study indicates that 80 percent of international students would stay if they could find a job. As well, more than 25 percent of students are STEM graduates that could perform currently unfilled job openings in the area.
