What challenges have you had to overcome as a diverse business leader? I was fortunate enough to come to St. Louis early in my life for college and to familiarize myself with its culture. St. Louis has been a great place for me to live and work. The challenges I’ve had often seem to be similar to what other businesses might have such as sales, marketing, culture building and so on. I haven’t felt it’s been a disadvantage for me to build Enliven here.
