Caroline Fan Becomes First Mosaic Chinese International Student Consultant
St. Louis Mosaic Project is pleased to announce that Caroline Fan, founder of Cabochon Consulting (www.cabochonconsulting.com), is the first Mosaic Project Chinese International Student Consultant. In this back to school month, her role positions St. Louis proactively to welcome and assist the talented Chinese students coming to our region. In fact, many of these students are taking degrees in the STEM fields, where our region has a hard time filling open positions and these students are part of our region’s future success. In this role, Ms. Fan is helping area universities with recruitment, retention, and integration of Chinese international students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. By assisting students with interview and networking skills, and connecting students to local companies and mentorship programs, she will develop an internship and career pipeline to keep talented students in the St. Louis workforce.
