Novus International to join St. Louis Mosaic Project as Ambassador Company
(ST. LOUIS, MO) – St. Louis Mosaic Project is pleased to announce Novus International. Inc. as its newest Ambassador Company at the Gold Level. Novus is an animal health and nutrition company headquartered in St. Charles, Missouri. The company operates in 36 countries executing on its vision to feed the world affordable, wholesome food and achieve a higher quality of life for the world’s growing population. Formed in 1991 by Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.) and Nippon Soda Co., Ltd., Novus is committed to providing high quality, science-based nutrition supplements to the agriculture industry. Ambassador companies agree to spread awareness of the St. Louis Mosaic Project, encourage associates to become Mosaic Ambassadors, and participate in volunteer opportunities that support international communities. Additionally, Gold Level Companies sponsor at least one employee toward an H1-B (or similar) visa.
Novus recently hosted a gathering for the St. Louis Mosaic Project at the company’s headquarters to introduce international employees and their partners to the Mosaic Project programs and local mentors. The company will continue its support by sharing the Project’s programs including: STL-101, the International Spouse Program, International Mentoring Program, and Professional Connectors. Further, Novus will support international students through mock interviews, job shadowing, and posting representative jobs on the Mosaic website. Novus representatives will also participate in Mosaic programs as both mentors and mentees.
